- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a joke! They never answer put you on hold then hang up on you. When you have an appointment you don't get seen at that time you just sit and wait. Then when you bring up pain they automatically assume that you want pain meds and tell you they do not prescribe narcotics like you're some kind of junkie! Then you tell them I just want to get rid of the pain I never asked for narcotics I just want to resolve what the problem is and then they don't know what to tell you.May 31, 2017by Elizabeth
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I could say something good here. But alas I can't. The only good thing about this clinic is Brian. That being said I didn't see him, I saw Todd Doctors Assistant. Todd really should work on his bedside manner. I really felt talked down upon. He also berated me for missed appts. I said to him, is this attitude really nessasary, where then he stopped throwing so much at me. I felt embarrassed and frustrated upon leaving. I hate leaving any Doctors office on a bad note but I did here, again. I figuredon't last time I saw Todd, maybe he was having a bad day, but the exact same thing again. So I know I'm not being overly sensetive. I have a follow up visit with Brian, I am looking forward to it. Recently I was at ER for 2 unrelated incidents, they were wonderful. So at least the emergency care was good. Followup at clinic was terrible.May 06, 2017by Gerilynn S
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are condescending and treat you like a MENTALLY CHALLENGED CHILD. They also ADJUST their TONE and MANNERISMS BASED ON RACE. They F**k up my wife and I prescriptions MONTHLY which are INDEFINITE REFILLS based on our illnesses.
